Velkomst: Goat Cheese & Roasted Beetroot Tartlet.

Forret: Classic French Onion Soup "Gratinée", with a thick cap of Gruyère cheese on sourdough.

Mellemret: Fish (Lemon Sole) Meunière, with brown butter, capers, and lemon.

Hovedret: Pork Tenderloin "en Chèvreuil", with a berry and pepper sauce, served with mashed potatoes.

Dessert: French Cheese Board Blue cheese. Served with walnut bread and blackcurrant jam.
